How much luggage can I take in a car?
This depends on the size of the vehicle and the number of passengers. [Please check car types click here.]
How will I locate my driver at the airport?
The day before your transfer (by 10pm UK time), your driver’s details will be sent to you via SMS and email, including:
• Name
• Mobile phone number
• A photo of your driver (email only)
Important: This email may arrive while you’re in flight. Please check your inbox upon landing and also your Spam/Junk
folder if you don’t see it.
Your driver will also contact you via the mobile number provided at the time of booking.
Once you have collected your luggage and are in the arrivals hall:
1. Call your driver using the number provided.
2. Your driver will then enter the terminal to meet you.
Please note:
• Your driver will not enter the airport until you have contacted them, unless you have booked the Meet & Greet service.
Meet & Greet Customers
If you have selected our Meet & Greet service, your driver will enter the arrivals hall 20 minutes after your flight has landed
and meet you without the need for a call.
What happens if my flight arrives earlier than scheduled?
We track flight arrival times using the flight number provided at booking. Where possible, we adjust the driver’s arrival to avoid
unnecessary waiting. But sometime that might not be possible. If this is the case please call your driver and he/she will advise
of there arrival time at the terminal and advise where they will meet you.
What happens if my flight is cancelled?
It’s the customer’s responsibility to notify us if the flight is cancelled and the vehicle is no longer required. As long as the
vehicle has not been dispatched, we can move the booking for you. If the vehicle has already been dispatched and you have
not informed the driver an additional charge will be made for a revised booking time.
What happens if my flight is delayed?
We monitor your flight using the flight number provided at booking and adjust your driver’s arrival at the airport to minimise
waiting times.
Why do you need my flight number?
Providing your flight number allows us to track your flight in real time, adjust for delays, and ensure your driver is ready when
you arrive. Failure to provide a flight number, terminal number, will result in your car arriving at the time on the booking.
